Rebalance the Body:

Holistic Psychiatry, nutritional support, hormone analysis, and medication optimization to restore balance.

At ROOT, rebalancing the body starts with looking at your mental health through a whole-person lens. Our holistic psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe when needed, but approaches care differently — considering your lifestyle, nervous system, nutrition, hormones, and overall health before and alongside medication. The goal isn’t just symptom management — it’s understanding what your body is communicating and supporting long-term healing, including reducing or coming off medication when appropriate.

From there, we look deeper.

Our functional pharmacist helps optimize what’s already in your system — reviewing medications, supplements, timing, interactions, and the often-overlooked role of hormones and metabolism. This helps ensure nothing is working against you and everything is aligned to support your body.

Our functional nutritionist focuses on how your body is being fueled — addressing gut health, blood sugar, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies that can directly impact mood, energy, and overall functioning.

Because the truth is — many symptoms don’t start in the mind alone.
