We are located in a serene, welcoming space centrally located in the upstate of South Carolina — a retreat where you can slow down, breathe deep, and start your healing journey. This is just minutes from the Pelham Rd exit on I-85 (exit 54), on the same road as Michelin.

Hours: Sessions are by appointment only. Availability varies by provider. We want to make working on your health something that you can conveniently fit into your life and schedule. Some providers offer after-work / evening appointments and most providers also offer telehealth options.
