THERAPIST / FOUNDER OF ROOT
Specialties: Ana helps high-achieving adults break free from patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism, which typically begin as a way to survive emotionally immature parents or family dysfunction. She also uses her expertise in attachment and training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help couples get “unstuck” and connect in more meaningful ways.

Erin McCall, LMSW
THERAPIST / YOGA TEACHER
Specialties: Erin helps with anxiety, burnout, and navigating life transitions. She is also a Gottman Level 1 trained couples therapist and is current training in discernment counseling, which is meant to help couples who are on the fence of whether to stay together or part ways.

THERAPIST
Specialties: Heather specializes in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)—those who feel deeply, process the world intensely, and are often misunderstood for their sensitivity. She also works with anxiety, trauma, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, and offers affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Leslie Konhaeuser, LISW-CP
THERAPIST
Specialties: Leslie works with a wide range of trauma, with particular focus on religious trauma, spiritual abuse, faith deconstruction, sexual trauma, and birth trauma. She also feels passionately about empowering women, and loves supporting moms through the postpartum journey, as well as adjusting to life as a mother and all that comes with that.

Specialties: Jessica works with children and teens 10 and up, parents, and families. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, academic stress, peer relationships, and family conflict while building confidence and emotional resilience. Jessica also has special interest in supporting foster / adoptive families and has personal and professional experience in this area.

Tiffany Skiffington, LPC
THERAPIST
Specialties: Tiffany helps women, moms, and those with issues related to neurodiversity/ADHD. She has expertise in maternal mental health, including the treatment of postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility struggles, and the life and identity transitions women go through during different stages of life. She also provides ART, a brief and structured trauma therapy.
Psychiatry
Dr. Henry Bradford, MD
Specialties: Dr. Bradford is a psychiatrist licensed in many states who provides both telehealth and in person options when possible. He offers psychiatric assessment and medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more. Dr. Bradford focuses on the whole-person, asking not only what the symptoms are but why they may be happening in the first place.

Faith Burke, APRN, FNP-C, GNP-C
Specialties: Faith is a family nurse practitioner (and geriatric nurse practitioner) who provides direct primary care. She is certified in Lifestyle Medicine and takes a holistic approach to care. Faith understands the challenges of our broken healthcare system well and wants to help her patients overcome those barriers. If you want to someone who truly listens, cares, and offers the time and support you need, you will love working with Faith.

Dr. Jil Lyn, PT, Cert. DN, SFMA, CKTP
Specialties: Jill specializes in dry needling, women’s health, and functional fitness. She is passionate about supporting women through different phases of life. She has expertise in pregnancy/postpartum, back pain, hip/knee/ankle pain, migraines, neck/shoulder/elbow pain, nerve pain, muscle tightness, and more.
