Yoga
At ROOT, yoga isn’t about perfect poses or high-intensity workouts — it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe, grounded, and healing. Our trauma-informed yoga services are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper sense of presence through slow, intentional movement and breath work.
Each session is private or small-group by design, allowing for personalization and privacy. Whether you’re recovering from stress, trauma, or simply craving a more mindful relationship with your body, these practices help you move gently and restore balance from the inside out.
Meditation & Breath Work
Guided meditation and breath work are designed to help you quiet the mental noise, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in the present moment. These practices are woven with intention into each and every private yoga session. We offer a safe space to slow down, process emotions, and release stored tension.
Fees
Private Yoga or Meditation Session: $100 for 55 minutes
Package of 4 sessions: $375
Package of 10 sessions: $850
Yoga with a Friend: $50 per person
Group Yoga / Mediation workshops are available for organizations or events.
