Find clarity, connection, and a more intentional way forward.

Life doesn’t always give us a clear roadmap.

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what. You may be navigating a transition, questioning what you want next, feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, or facing a decision that feels too important to rush.

Erin helps individuals and couples slow down, tune into what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

With a background in mindfulness and yoga, Erin brings a grounded, whole-person approach to therapy. Rather than simply reacting to what feels urgent in the moment, she helps clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and values so they can make choices that feel more aligned with the life and relationships they want.

Individual Therapy

For seasons of change, uncertainty, and figuring out what comes next.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Sometimes therapy is about having space to step outside of the day-to-day noise and ask bigger questions: What matters to me now? Is the life I’m living still the life I want? What needs to change?

Erin especially enjoys working with adults, teens, and college students who are navigating transitions, feeling stuck, reevaluating priorities, or wanting to live with more intention.

Through mindfulness, reflection, and values exploration, she can help you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and take meaningful steps toward whatever comes next.

This may include:

  • Life transitions and changing roles

  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about your next step

  • Exploring your values, priorities, or identity

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Building greater self-awareness

  • Creating a life that feels more intentional and aligned

Fees:

Initial intake session (50 min) is $175
Follow-up sessions (50 min) are $125

Couples Therapy

For couples who know they want to be together—and want the relationship to feel better.

Relationships can be strong and still need attention.

You may love each other deeply but find yourselves having the same conversations over and over, struggling to communicate without becoming defensive or disconnected, or simply feeling less close than you once did.

Erin works with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, communicate more effectively, and build greater emotional and physical intimacy.

She incorporates Gottman-informed approaches alongside mindfulness and relational work to help couples better understand their patterns and create new ways of responding to one another.

Couples therapy may focus on:

  • Communication and conflict

  • Emotional connection

  • Intimacy

  • Understanding recurring relationship patterns

  • Navigating transitions together

  • Strengthening friendship and partnership

  • Learning how to communicate needs more effectively

Fees:

Initial intake session (50 min) is $175
Follow-up sessions (50 min) are $150

Unsure Whether to Stay Together?

Erin offers a structured process for couples facing uncertainty about the future of their relationship.

Sometimes the question isn’t “How do we fix our relationship?”

It’s “Do we even want to try?”

When one or both partners are seriously considering separation or divorce, jumping directly into traditional couples therapy may not be the most helpful place to begin—particularly when one partner is ready to work on the relationship and the other isn’t sure they want to continue it at all.

Erin offers a specialized, short-term process designed specifically for couples facing this kind of uncertainty.

The goal is not to convince you to stay together or to separate. It is also not traditional couples therapy focused on improving communication or resolving longstanding relationship problems.

Instead, Erin helps each partner slow down and understand what has happened within the relationship, consider their own contributions to the problems, and gain greater clarity and confidence about what direction they want to take next.

Possible paths may include maintaining the relationship as it currently is, moving toward separation or divorce, or choosing to make a focused commitment to couples therapy before making a final decision. This structured approach is based on the Discernment Counseling model for couples experiencing divorce uncertainty.

How This Process Works

Unlike traditional therapy, this is intentionally brief and highly structured.

Step 1: Initial Phone Consultation
The process begins with a brief phone conversation with each person individually to determine whether this approach is appropriate for your situation.

Step 2: Two-Hour Initial Session — $250
Your first appointment is a two-hour session that includes both time together and individual conversations with Erin.

At the end of the session, each partner considers whether another session would be helpful.

Step 3: Follow-Up Sessions — $200 / 90 minutes
Rather than committing to an open-ended course of therapy, sessions are scheduled one at a time.

Couples may participate in up to five sessions total, depending on how much time is needed to reach greater clarity about the direction of the relationship.

If you ultimately decide that you both want to work toward rebuilding the relationship, you can then transition into traditional couples therapy with a much clearer understanding of what you are committing to and what each person needs to work on.

If you’re interested, schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation now to see if this would be a good place to start.

Erin also offers individual and small group yoga

This is a separate service from therapy but is an excellent adjunct treatment. Yoga with Erin isn’t an exercise class. It is an intentional 55 minutes of mindful movement and meditation tailored to your needs. Erin has over 500 training hours in yoga with specialized training in yoga for mental health and prenatal yoga.

She also offers a weekly group class.

You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin…

Whether you’re trying to determine what you want for yourself, create a stronger relationship with someone you love, or make sense of one of the biggest decisions your relationship has faced, therapy can give you space to slow down enough to hear yourself clearly.

Erin offers a warm, grounded environment where you can explore what matters, understand the patterns influencing you, and decide what you want your next step to be.
