How We Can Help

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can support you when anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship patterns, or life changes begin to affect how you feel and function. Our therapists work with adults facing concerns such as:

Anxiety & chronic stress — Overthinking, worry, panic, tension, irritability, or feeling like your mind and body rarely get to fully relax.

Depression — Sadness, numbness, low motivation, exhaustion, hopelessness, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the life around you.

Trauma & childhood wounds — Past experiences that continue to shape your relationships, emotions, nervous system, or sense of self.

OCD & intrusive thoughts — Obsessions, compulsions, checking, reassurance seeking, mental rituals, or intrusive thoughts that feel difficult to control.

People pleasing & perfectionism — Feeling responsible for everyone else, struggling to set boundaries, fearing disappointment, or believing you always need to get things right.

Postpartum & maternal mental health — Support with postpartum anxiety or depression, intrusive thoughts, birth experiences, identity changes, relationship stress, the mental load, and the transition into parenthood.

Faith deconstruction & religious trauma — Exploring changing beliefs, identity, family relationships, shame, spiritual experiences, or the impact of harmful religious environments.

Men’s mental health — Support with stress, anger, relationships, work pressure, fatherhood, identity, emotional disconnection, and the pressure to always be the strong one.

Pornography & compulsive sexual behaviors — Understanding compulsive patterns, shame, triggers, relationships, and the emotional needs that may sit underneath the behavior.

Grief, life transitions & personal growth — Navigating loss, career changes, relationship changes, identity shifts, major decisions, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can become strained even when two people care deeply about one another. Couples therapy helps partners understand the patterns happening between them and create healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and working through conflict.

Communication problems — Conversations that quickly escalate, go nowhere, or leave one or both partners feeling unheard or misunderstood.

Emotional disconnection — Feeling more like roommates than partners, struggling with closeness, or missing the emotional connection you once had.

Recurring conflict — Having the same arguments again and again without reaching resolution or understanding what is really underneath them.

Trust & betrayal — Working through broken trust, secrecy, infidelity, pornography use, or other experiences that have affected safety within the relationship.

Intimacy concerns — Changes in emotional or physical intimacy, differences in desire, resentment, or difficulty reconnecting.

Marriage & relationship transitions — Support through marriage, parenthood, career changes, empty nesting, blended families, illness, relocation, or other major shifts.

Parenting stress — Navigating differences in parenting styles, division of responsibilities, exhaustion, and the ways raising children can affect a partnership.

Premarital & relationship strengthening — Building communication skills, understanding one another more deeply, and strengthening a relationship before problems become entrenched.

Children & Families

Children and families sometimes need support navigating emotions, behavior, relationships, and major changes. Therapy can help families better understand what a child is communicating through their behavior while strengthening connection and creating healthier patterns at home. Please note that we only work with children 10+ in our office due to it being a shared space with meditation and other offers that require a quiet, peaceful environment.

Anxiety & emotional regulation — Helping children manage worry, big emotions, fears, overwhelm, and difficulty calming their bodies.

Behavioral concerns — Understanding what may be underneath defiance, outbursts, withdrawal, impulsivity, or other changes in behavior.

Family conflict — Improving communication, reducing repeated conflict, and helping family members better understand one another.

Parent-child relationships — Strengthening connection, rebuilding trust, and helping parents respond to their child’s emotional needs more effectively.

Divorce, separation & blended families — Supporting children and families through changes in family structure, living arrangements, and relationships.

Grief & major life changes — Helping children process loss, moves, school changes, illness, family transitions, and other significant experiences.

Trauma & stressful experiences — Supporting children who have experienced frightening, painful, or overwhelming events and helping families create greater safety and stability.

Family patterns & communication — Looking beyond one person as “the problem” and helping families understand the patterns that may be affecting everyone.
