Tiffany Skiffington, LPC

I’m passionate about helping women of all ages move out of survival mode and into lives that feel peaceful, intentional, and meaningful. Whether you’re navigating parenting, ADHD or neurodiversity, career transitions, identity shifts, or big emotions like anxiety, grief, or burnout—I’m here to support you. I especially love walking alongside moms in any season of life who are carrying more than they were ever meant to hold.

You might be someone who’s always shown up for others but struggles to ask for help. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and made some progress, but you’re craving deeper change. You miss who you used to be—or who you hoped you’d become—and you’re starting to feel like you’ve lost touch with that version of yourself. You’re tired of reacting from stress, living on edge, or constantly people-pleasing. More than anything, you want to feel calm, connected, and grounded again.

So many women I work with carry a deep sense of shame that they’re not doing enough, being enough, or getting it “right.” Together, we work to replace that shame with self-compassion—because healing happens not through harsh self-correction, but through gentleness and presence. I help clients break patterns of dysregulation, overfunctioning, and low self-worth so they can choose how they want to live, not just survive.

In our work together, I offer a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are—even if you’re still figuring out who that is. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe but still allows room for growth and transformation. I draw from body-based and mindfulness practices, and I also offer more structured methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy, depending on your preferences. Above all, our work is rooted in relationship—a steady, compassionate space where every part of you is welcome.

I recently moved to South Carolina from Florida. Since moving here, I have fallen in love with hiking and exploring the mountains. I’m also a lifelong reader and have recently discovered a new passion for gardening. Like many of the women I work with, I’ve had to reimagine who I am in different seasons—and I know how meaningful (and sometimes messy) that process can be.

If you're someone who feels pulled in a hundred directions, misses your “old self,” or just needs a space to land—I'd be honored to walk with you.
