Meet the Team
-

Ana Kelley, LPCS
THERAPIST / FOUNDER OF ROOT
Specialties: Ana helps high-achieving adults break free from patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism, which typically begin as a way to survive emotionally immature parents or family dysfunction. She also uses her expertise in attachment and training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help couples get “unstuck” and connect in more meaningful ways.
-

Bethany Wilkinson, RN
FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONIST
Specialties: Bethany helps clients find answers about what’s actually causing their symptoms (not just how to quiet them). She looks at gut health, hormones, underlying causes of inflammation, and walks alongside clients as they learn to nourish their bodies and minds through whole food nutrition.
-

Erin McCall, LMSW
THERAPIST / YOGA TEACHER
Specialties: Erin helps with anxiety and burnout. She is passionate about helping people break free from expectations and move towards a self-led, values-based life.
Erin is also our trauma-informed yoga teacher and utilizes her expertise in mindfulness to help her clients begin to look inward and fine safety and stillness in their bodies.
-

Dr. Angela Godfrey, PharmD
Specialties: Angela helps clients make sense of their medications, hormones, and supplements. She looks at how everything works together and provides personalized guidance—so you know what’s supporting your health, what may be causing issues, and what steps could help you feel better.
-

Heather Ridge, LPC, LCMHC
Specialties: Heather specializes in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)—those who feel deeply, process the world intensely, and are often misunderstood for their sensitivity. She also works with anxiety, trauma, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, and offers affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
-

Leslie Konhaeuser, LISW-CP
Specialties: Leslie works with a wide range of trauma, with particular focus on religious trauma, spiritual abuse, faith deconstruction, and identity shifts related to pregnancy and motherhood.
-
