Bethany Wilkinson, RN

Feel like something’s off, but no one can tell you why?

You’ve tried to explain the fatigue, the bloating, the brain fog, the joint pain, the unpredictable moods.
You’ve bounced from specialist to specialist, only to be told, “Your labs look fine.”

But you don’t feel fine.

If you’re navigating autoimmune issues, hormonal imbalances, gut symptoms, inflammation, anxiety, or just feeling off in a way no one seems to understand—you’re in the right place.

I’m Bethany—a functional nutritionist, registered nurse, and life coach—and I help people uncover what traditional healthcare often misses: the root cause of why they don’t feel like themselves.

Functional Medicine seeks to dig deeper to look for the root cause of symptoms.

You’re not crazy, and your body isn’t broken.

So many of my clients come to me saying the same thing:
“I’ve tried everything.”

They’ve done the tests. Taken the meds. Changed their diets. And yet, the symptoms still linger—fatigue, bloating, depression, anxiety, unexplained aches, fertility struggles, inflammation, and more.

They’ve been dismissed, misdiagnosed, overprescribed—or worse, told it’s just stress.
But deep down, they know something is out of balance. They just haven’t found someone who knows how to help.

That’s where I come in.

I don’t just treat symptoms—I look for the patterns. I help you connect the dots between your health history, your current lifestyle, and what’s showing up in your body today.

Using a blend of functional nutrition, lab analysis, and real-life strategies, we’ll look at:

  • Gut health & microbiome imbalances

  • Hormonal shifts & adrenal dysfunction

  • Chronic stress & nervous system dysregulation

  • Inflammation & autoimmune activation

  • Nutrient depletion & detox pathways

But we’ll also look at you—your story, your rhythms, your needs. Healing isn’t about fitting into a rigid protocol. It’s about creating a personalized, sustainable plan that actually works in your real life.

I get it—because I’ve lived it.

My own health journey included years of digestive issues, joint pain, infertility, depression, and eventually, a lupus diagnosis. I know what it feels like to be told “you’re fine” while your body is screaming that something’s wrong.

That lived experience is why I do this work. I’ve been the patient, too—and I know how powerful it can be to finally feel seen, heard, and supported by someone who truly gets it.

You deserve to feel well again.

Whether you're dealing with a chronic condition, navigating burnout, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, there is a path forward.

Let’s uncover what your body is trying to say—and create a plan that actually helps you feel better, step by step.
