Meet Our Therapists

  • Ana Kelley, LPC-S

Ana supports people who learned early on to perform, please, or hold everything together in order to feel safe. Through attachment work and inner child healing, she helps clients gently explore and heal the parts of themselves that still carry those old roles. Ana also works with couples who care deeply for each other but struggle to connect, helping them understand each other’s inner worlds so they can communicate with more calm and emotional safety.

  • Erin McCall, LMSW

Erin walks with clients through life’s turning points—college, motherhood, identity shifts, or any season of redefining yourself. She helps people let go of “shoulds” and step into what they truly value, using mindful, structured, and goal-focused support to create lasting, meaningful change.
